I agree, it’s awful and can be dangerous

Apparently in this forest there is such a thing as a “written care plan”.

If you trust them enough to even attempt to be honest that is... . (As in I’ve found them not to be honest, although at times brutally “honest” )

I’m sure there are .. some.. good workers who stick around I haven’t found them though

Sadly, in this world it's all too common. In my experience, you have to politely but persistently keep trying to contact people who are supposed to be contacting you. Don't assume they've got it, if you haven't heard back.

It shouldn't be that way with MH clinics, of all places, where clients may have difficulty making calls and/or asserting themselves. At least you had someone to call on your behalf.

Also you should discuss what you hope for and ask how they plan to proceed. They really should be able and willing to discuss that.

I hope things work out much better this time around.
