10,481 steps today. I walked 4 miles burning 415 calories. The performance stats are weak but I did not push myself much. The calories burned during exercise when added to my base calories of 2090 provides me a target of 2505 calories. I have consumed 2515 calories. So I met my target. Tomorrow I will do my much more strenuous exercise and see if I can meet my performance goals.
PS I was very lazy and made myself just a peanut butter sandwich for dinner. No calories left to get hot chocolate at IHOP. It is real good.
