I did complain and spoke with Human Services department's attorney.

By some unforseen miracle, his copy of the pleading hadn't been mailed yet and was sitting in their office. The attorney told me he wouldn't send it and would have the one with my address stricken from the court record and file a new one with my P.O. box address.

I got incredibly lucky. I was planning on suing, and as I'm already involved in a court case, and busy with life, starting another court case is pretty much the last thing I wanted to do.
