Consider, as i did, maybe I'm in a 'mood' more often than I realize (the same may be true for you)... For example, I was having hallucinations and delusions a lot in April for example, but really from February thru late April I was on a 3 month long manic episode (let's call it spring mania).
The whole world seemed magical while i was in that 'other place', now it's far less such.
I've been diagnosed both SZA Bipolar Type and just Bipolar depending on who you ask -- as some have said the treatment is the same but you're more likely to qualify for more disability type benefits with a SZA diagnosis because it is more disabling
