Was about to start a thread on the same topic! I think my son could be SZA as he is still psychotic nearly three months in (and still in hospital, possibly still commitable) or it could still be part of the mood cycle - mania, depression then probably going back up to mania as they have added wellbutrin. The new fancy hospital hasn't taken any diagnosis off the table yet and are doing a thorough analysis, but I am sure it is bp1 or SZA as his mania was pure text book mania
