I don't know. But I do know thinking too much and feeling everything too much is a big problem for me as well. You'll probably find answers that involve cognitive reconditioning; learning to recognize when you are obsessing more than is comfortable for you and redirecting your mind to another place, preferably a task doing something with you hands or picking up a word game, mindlessly searching for words or go fold clothes, fiddle in the garden, play w/ a pet if you are lucky enough to have one. They key is to redirect, to turn off your mind from that endless loop. I do it, too and find I do better when I consciously turn that track off and take my mind elsewhere.
