My scale read 157.2
I had some Mac and cheese for lunch which I didn’t finish. It had 310 calories but I don’t know how many I actually ate.
I had a bowl of ramen for a snack which was 380 calories.
I had a salad for dinner. It had 320 calories in it but I didn’t like the dressing. I ate most of it but there’s still some lettuce left.
I plan on having a piece of bread with butter on it for a snack. That will be 200 calories.
So I calculated 1,210. But I’m probably more like 1,150. I’m just not in the mood today.
