My husband crashed again last night. I saw this coming for the past several months as some of you know. He has agreed to educate himself a little on depression. He has demanded I give him ONE book that he can read which will show him how depression works and how it has affected our marriage/relationship. Quick background is, he had his first major depressive episode at 12. He grew up in a dysfunctional alcoholic family. Now I have read tons on all of this, but I am anxious because if I don't choose just the right book, he will shut down to this whole self education idea and will be more determined than ever that his sole problem in life is me. So my future is riding on this. HELP!

Im thinking DEPRESSION FALLOUT by Anne Sheffield. Any other suggestions?
