My watch says 7473 steps, but a lot were paddle strokes. I paddled 4.55 miles. Strava gave me 615 calories for that, but I edited down to 400 and then didn't eat all of them.
1858 calories consumed. Protein short of mfp generated goal, but well over minimum for my weight. Carbs and sugar high as usual.
