I'm on 30 MG's zispin SolTab and well i woke up today and thought maybe im a little better. i sleep for all england now (15 hours a night) and my weird dreams have mostly stopped. but now im half in a day dream all day - ill be staring at something lost in day dream, and suddenly realise i've been seeing artillery bombing each other on whatever ive been looking at. i also see explosions on things - its dead weird. well i know why that is, its because of my game. but i just shouldnt se it on normal stuff like this. the psychiatrist said it might exacerbate my hearing and seeing stuff while i go sleep so im not worried. my next therapist appointment is on wednesday i think, so thats cool. ill tell him about it and also about other stuff while ill write down. i'm just scared im going to start hearing and seeing stuff all the time rather than just as i go sleep..."see, james knows how to have fun" the voice says as i fluff my pillow..then i see barbie growing a beard and getting old. its proper weird. well write back with DX means please, cheers.
