Ok, not so quick. 100 calories a day to make up yesterday’s overage. I weighed 178, almost 179 pounds. Today I exercised over four miles breaking all personal records, like one of the four miles in 14 min 17 seconds, peak heart rate 176, and average heart rate into the 150s. I still have not given it all of my effort since I still had a distance to walk. One of these days I will run as far as I possibly can. My heart rate goal is now 180, with 14 minute miles, and at the same time keeping the average heart rate into the 150s. Oh yes, I ran four or five times for brief intervals. In the past two runs was the max for me. My watch is being very stingy with the calories burned assessment. I guess this is better than significantly overestimating this. It looks like periodically walking up that long hill has been helping me. I will walk up that hill more frequently.
PS This was all done in 96 degree weather, which is not too bad. I can handle exercising up to a temperature of 100 degrees. Then I will walk earlier in the morning.
@UpDownAround: I will catch up to you in time. You are on my radar.

Still, I have not been exersizing my upper body. I will have to figure this out.
