A few minutes ago I received an e-mail from my case manager. I was confused so I started reading it. It discussed a patient’s mom contacting them to try to get her daughter a injection shot. They talked about which injection. It had both their names in the e-mail and a phone number. Then the e-mail talked about the daughter tried to go IP but ****** hospital would not take her. Then it said she was in a half way house now. I was just speechless.
I closed the e-mail.
