I really both want to and need to lose weight this summer, but I'm never motivated to. I even take the time to come up with a work out plan, but it never lasts. I've been told it's impossible because of my depression.
I guess that's true. I barely have motivation to stay alive, let alone improve myself. The only thing keeping me going through the day is books. :/ I had an online weight loss buddy before, and that helped! But I don't have one anymore. Probably no one will answer, but any advice?
