@Tucson - next is horror movie pace

Well, I am keeping pace with @Bozdickens. This morning I weighed 156.8, a new low for me. If a certain GI tract event had taken place a couple of hours earlier, I would have been even lower. I am not convinced this is my true base weight yet; I got here too quickly from 159.
