Exactly, you are doing yourself a disservice every time you consult Dr Google. You risk wrong and certainly mixed up information. It will also result in some significant rumination which you should try to avoid. I would turn instead to your doctor for answers to your questions and concerns.
Now, as the previous poster pointed out, it is perfectly normal to be scared during your pregnancy. I think everyone of us who has gone through it has had some moments of great fright that have wreaked a little havoc with our minds. In my case I was absolutely terrified as I had a tick encounter midway through my own pregnancy. I still shake at the thought. Thankfully my child showed up perfectly normal and 31 years later shown no signs of any problem. Whew! So see your doctor and relay your worries. I am sure they will say the same thing; that worry is normal.
