Now it seems like it's going down in a spiral. Do you have friends or a physical support group that you can talk too? It may be that all the worries combining, and making the situation worse. Going to the School Psychologist is still worth a try, but one really needs to find one that works. Then stick with that person, but keep talking to people around you. At all cost try to stay connect. Even if it's through this forum or come into Chat. Exercise can increase dopamine, but it doesn't fix it all day.

You have made it this far! That must mean that you have the ability to do this! What I'm saying is I believe that you can do it!
