im -so- sorry about this. im also -very- happy that you're on top of things. my family and me...we got bamboozled by a private, for profit facility. i mean..they pulled out all the stops. i was 20 years old then. involuntary shock treatments, HIPPAA violations, insurance fraud...-yikes-. And we were totally unprepared for it all.
