@Bozdickens - nice! I don't think I will be keeping pace with you at my next weigh in (Sunday).

I had a piece of banana bread this morning as a car pool mom gave it to me for taking her son in even though high schoolers are done. I still work a mile from the school, so it was no big deal. But that banana bread was good. My oldest made dinner tonight. Crabless crab cakes and black beans and yellow rice. Vegetarian doesn't always mean low calorie. I kind of fit all that in, but I had some watermelon after dinner that I logged as tomorrow and I might have another piece of that banana bread and log it as tomorrow. I will just have to get up early and walk 5 or 6 miles...

10153 steps. Logged 5700.

1926 calories. Actually more, but rolling some forward. I probably should just log the excess; I can afford it at this point, but I will see how it goes tomorrow.

Planning to paddle SUP on Sunday. May do a yoga on SUP thing at a meetup.
