My brain is very much the same. Always whirring. Sometimes that's a good thing I can be very focused & multitasking & productive. And other day it's a bad thing and it spirals from one negative or dark thought to another.
Thank you for sharing your experience of similar feelings. It helps to know I'm not alone in this.
