So as I've mentioned in other posts, I have been diagnosed with GAD and Depression[Mild to severe]. I'm in the middle of my semester exams[trying to pass the ones I've flunked] and I usually skip lunch if I have an exam in the afternoon so I'd have time to study. I end up forgetting everything in the exam, while others don't, even if they study for less time than me. That's irrelevant, I apologize for the rant. Anyway, I feel a rage[usually directed towards my dad, context can be found in my posts] and feel like crying at the same time while going home[after a 3 hour test]. I feel a little better after I eat something. But it's like hitting the brakes on a train; it takes time to stop the feeling. Today's the third time I've observed this, but I'm sure it's happened many times before. I was just wondering if anyone has had any similar experiences. Or is it just something that happens to most people when they skip a meal?
