We grilled out late afternoon, so I have had my 3 meals for today, a couple of snacks and still have almost 600 calories left to snack tonight. That's with the calories rolled forward from yesterday but also with logging about ~5700 steps out of ~10000 so far today and getting 335 extra calories from that. It will be interesting to see what tomorrow's weigh in is. I have room to bounce up and still come in under 160. I am suspicious that the last weigh in was a bounce low since it was a pound drop into uncharted territory in just two days.
