I've had this problem since 2012,
Every time I try to think coherently or critically about a situation, I get really bad headaches and itching burning scalp pain.
A lot of people say meditation and other leisure activities are the key to recovery with PTSD. But I'm not able to achieve this while I have this problem.
Is this normal? Does anyone have this? Is there medication I can take to cure this problem? I would like to reach a point where this no longer hurts, as I believe this is the key to my recovery, but I don't know how.
