I have come back from a trip to San Diego. I did not count my calories, which I am sure is significant due to the snacks I brought on the trip. I did eat three McDonalds buscuits, a Taco Bell chalupa taco, three slices of Little Caesars pizza, and a PBJ sandwich for the entire trip, both Friday and Satirday. I ate for snacks a package of M&M peanut candy, four Almond Joy bars that came in a share sized package, and a pack of Starburst candy. I also ate a small package of these baked sugar twirly things. I also had two or three medium soda pops, a medium Chevron hot chocolate, a McDonalds medium chocolate shake. and a small can of Starbucks double espresso. So I guess I can still figure out an estimate of the calories. I will do this tomorrow, and now looking at the time, I mean later today. It does not sound too bad to me. For both days, I did walk around the beach allot. However, I did not record any of this exersize. Almost no effort was placed into my walking around. I also have walked much more than this on just one of my walks at home.
Just before the trip, my friggin watch froze. After trying to reset it to no success, I left it alone. When I came back to it, it started to work by resetting itself. This is one reason my watch did not count much of the calories burned that day on Friday. So I will skip that day of activity and focus on this Saturday and Sunday. Oh yes, I am finishing off this day Saturday with a mug of IHOP hot chocolate.
