Reality check it. What are some facts behind you being a "bad person"? What are some facts that be to differ with this voice? You don't have to write it here, you could just write it out in a journal. Remember to look at facts, not just emotions. I have a friend that does this and it helps her. It doesn't work for me for my own reasons, but that doesn't mean it can't help you.
