I take a tennis ball that I bounce off the wall instantly, leaves mark's on the wall and makes a thwump sound that I find quite satisfying. Probably drives everyone else in the unit crazy but...meh.
My pdoc isn't bothered, we are rarely in the same space twice in a row.
I have only broken one lamp a picture frame and 2 vases.
