I am kind of an@l about logging everything even if I put in a wild guess for calories, accepting some entry that looks kind of close as far as description The banana bread I entered the last couple of days was homemade and I just chose one that may or may not be real close.
I weigh 157.8 this morning, up a pound from 2 days ago. I am good with that. It was really too big of a drop. Staying below 160 seems a reasonable thing to try to do so that I have a 4 pound range of going over before I hit my scream weight of 164. So if I hit 160, I will adjust so I trend down but not frantically. If I hit 155, I will adjust up. If I get over 160, I will adjust a bit more drastically to get back below.
