My weight is 183. Despite this being an increase of five pounds, I still think this is normal wiggle in weight. I am going to exersize today by either going up that hill, hopefully at a faster speed, or walking a four mile round trip having a restaurant as my destination. Since I have attained a peak heart beat rate of 177, this time I am going to keep it the 160s. A friend is concerned about this drive to reach higher numbers wanting for me to go to a doctor first. I am thinking about this since my next goal with regards to this is a peak heat rate of 180. However, I still want to keep my average heart rate in the 150s. I like that hill.
