I weighed 155.2 yesterday. I decided to have a cheat day after not having one for 8 days.
I ate half a rack of ribs and a burger. Along with an entire pint of ice cream.

but it was Halo Top. So the whole thing only had 320 calories.
I don’t plan on weighing myself in the morning. I have no idea what my meal plan will be. I don’t have any meals except some ramen. I don’t really have any money to buy groceries until the weekend. Also the stores are going to be pretty crowded because of the holidays.
Ideally I’d like a liverwurst sandwich and some pita bread. No idea what I’ll actually eat.
