How frustrating!!

I would go directly to Customer Service Supervisor...do not take NO for an answer. Let them know if they don't make good on THEIR issue then you will write to every single online store that sells their product and put in complaints, including places like CNET and other places that give ratings on products. I would also mention a call and letter to the BBB.

Too bad there aren't lemon laws for computers like for autos...LOL.
