Learned about a year ago that I have to take my GRE in order to get into the grad program I'm in......I took a year break, because considering I've never taken one, I think I deserve at least that after getting my degree!
Still need to get 2 recommendations as well.

Nonetheless, I have been studying for it and all, which is fine.....

EXCEPT FOR MATH.

Good freakin' god, I hate math with a passion, and it's been like, 5 years since I had to do it last. I am EXTREMELY out of practice!

Thankfully my advisor said my math score doesn't have to be too high, since I'm entering a History program, but it still can't totally suck....

Any people who've taken the GRE already? Any tips on what it's like, what to expect, etc.? And how was the math portion of it?

Would love to hear tips and experiences!
