Haven't heard of colostrum but have heard of milk probiotic bacteria. They are much cheaper, easy to buy anywhere and I believe more effective compared to supplement pills. Just eat yogurt, kefír, acidophilus milk on a daily basis.
Might have been a coincidence but in the winter I was rather depressed and after eating fermented dairy products every day for about a week my mood improved.
Might have been a random coincidence, surely it's not a proof or evidence, just my anecdote.
I surely have an upset digestion because of eating issues and many antibiotics I had to take in my life. I believe it had an impact on my gut. Also stress kills the good bacteria.
