I've never heard of taking colostrum for bipolar. When I was pregnant and making colostrum my last trimester and shortly after my daughter was born (before my milk came in), I never noticed a difference. In fact, my OB had me on Zoloft (he figured it was depression) & occasional Xanax. Don't think colostrum helped my BP at all.
