I will also say this on FB most of the people have never picked up a book or took a class to learn about their diagnosis. Yet someone newly diagnosed will post and ask a question. These uninformed FB people will give them incorrect information. Also in the FB mental health groups they talk about crap that has nothing to do with mental health. Me, myself personally I don’t care about your man problems. I’ve been around PC since 2012 and I notice it’s more lively at night.
Some people deal with insomnia. I use to and I would be PC late at night too. Keep in mind some people live in other countries. Also if you have a smart phone you can download Tapatalk. Then use it to log into PC. Tapatalk allows you to subscribe to threads and receive notifications when there’s a new post.
