My weight is still 183. I walked over four miles. My legs have been hurting even before my walk. I think it is because of being in the car for eight hours last night coming back from San Diego. I still did the best I could. The first two miles was a cardio workout. The trip back was not as much. My only goal then was to keep my speed at 3.5 mph. I did run twice for a brief smount of time.
