This women at work who is like 37 talked non-stop for a week about her birthday. She said a few days in a row that she would bring donuts for everyone. But when it was her birthday there were no donuts. It was pretty annoying.

I don't mention my birthday at work. I hate the attention. also when I was in groups if you mentioned even a few days later that it had been your birthday this one person would start singing happy birthday and force the entire room to sing along.I hated that.

So now I just keep my birthday with my family and I don't mention it to anyone else.
