Right now I must say my legs are really aching and have been aching before my exersize today. However, I still took my fast walk for over four miles. My performance stats are poor compared to past days, however, I was not able to do better. Hopefully, my legs will be better prepared for tomorrow’s exersize.
I have taken 9,549 steps today. I have walked 4.15 miles burning about 430 calories. This makes for a calorie target of about 2,520 calories. I have consumed 2405 calories. This makes me 115 calories short. This was my actual goal to make up for the excesses of my recent past.
I may reduce by a percentage of what my watch states as total calories burned due to exersize. Perhaps I will start with a 20% reduction since that scientific study of various fitness watches showed the best to be at least 20% off and most being much more than that. I want my weight down to just below 180. This is where my new clothes will fit me the best. I will get a handle on this.
