158.2 this morning. Only a 0.4 bump from 2 days ago so I am not too worried about it being a trend but I am going to limit calories I accept from exercise the next couple of days. I am pretty sure it has been over a week, maybe 10 days, since I have seen 160+ so I think I can say I am officially below 160. Even if I were to hit it again, it would probably be a spike. It's my new "take action"weight. 164 is my "scream weight". I will try to stay above 154. So, I am truly in maintenance now, not trying to lose or gain, though I may make micro adjustments to slowly trend one way or the other.
