The skeptics sites were VERY interesting. I want to not trigger myself here but these "new agers" got to a dying friend of mine years ago and told her if she had really healed her inner wounds and created health in her life she would not be dying. This was said to her 2 weeks before her death. The woman who said it grasped at every cult that came along. There was one who's name escapes me but oh, Co-Counseling!!! YUCK! Anyway, it has taken me approximately 17.5 years to forgive the woman who said that to my dear dying friend. And I forgave her for me, I was using my energy in a way that it was hurting me to feel hateful to her. I am a slow learner after all.

Anywho, There is value to the basic premis that energy you put toward others will come back to you. It's called the Golden Rule. Simplified, Do Unto others as you would have done onto you. Love thy neighbor even more then thyself. "Interpretation of the torah". Good to remember how we want to be remembered in this life.
