My weight is 180 now. Much better. I am going to lose a couple pounds to give me a margin. I am going to skip my regular exercise for the next one or two days. My legs are in bad shape. I can always walk around the townhome complex for a couple miles at a slower pace without pushing myself at all. I am going to keep my target calories at about 2090, but still exersize every day once my legs are better. I will need to find more filling foods. I read that protein rich foods can do this. For now I will have to forego calorie expensive foods like apple pie.
