I haven’t weighed myself since Sunday. I can’t weigh myself until Thursday.
I woke up at 5 and I got a vanilla bean coolata from Dunkin Donuts. It had 420 calories. I didn’t eat the ice and I don’t know if that has calories or not. I had a TV dinner at 1 that had 230 calories. I had a medium regular coke from McDonald’s that had 220 calories. I had a ritz handi snack at 3:30 that had 100 calories, and for dinner I had a salad that had 250 calories.
Total it was 1,220 calories but maybe less because of the ice in the drink. I don’t know what’s going on. All I want is regular coke. I went 30 hours with barely eating anything. I don’t have a problem I’m just not hungry.
