And NP--those ARE rude and obnoxious neighbors! My yard is horribly overgrown right now because of the weather and having 3 different guys flake out on me. I finally got someone hired, but now it's raining again. If I found a neighbor giving me crap about it, I'd tell her to either get her mower or shut up and go home!
I'm not subject to a HOA, though, so that might make a difference.
