1540 steps today. The is a record low for me for I have been pretty depressed most of the day. I have been laying down. This is probably the worst thing I can do in such a situation. My calorie target is 2090 for today due to not having exercised. Perhaps I should of reduced this target considering there was basically no activity today. I ate 1,812 calories which brings me 278 calories short. So I ate a couple small cubes of dried fruit from Whole Foods

I went to Whole Foods today to make my world famous trail mix. This is made up of one pound of raisins, one pound of sliced almonds, and maybe a third of a pound of M&M like candies. I also ran across these cubes of dehydrated fruit with seeds all compressed together. I purchased some. This was an impulse purchase. These are very expensive for what they are at 50 cents each. I ate a couple, so this should make up for part of the difference of being short on calories. They are tastey. WFs stated each of these buggers are 100 calories. I do not think this is accurate. These are really small cubes of what I think are primarily dried figs, and some very small seeds.

I will not exersize tomorrow. I think I have stressed a tendon in each knee. So the pain is from my BOTH of my knees, one being more so than the other. I deserve this for walking allot even though I was already in pain there from my exercise the day before. So since I will be relatively dormant tomorrow, I will scale back my calories to just below 2099, maybe 1800 just like today if it were not for eating a couple of those tastey but very expensive cubes of fruit. Must be “organic”. LOL
