My brother is going completely no sugar. He's making his own meals and everything. For 50 days. That sounds manageable. I'm not doing that (however I would like to change my diet so I'm eating better, and much less sweets n junk). But I'm so inspired and eating much more veggies instead of sugar. My brother said that he knows that when he is craving sugar, he is actually craving the nutrients of healthy foods. This made so much sense to me!! I've been saying it to myself, and making healthier choices when I eat. He also says sugar is addictive, which I know.

Exercise. I totally haven't been. I am waiting until June to get back to the gym. Its so hot out (I have no AC in my car), and I never seem to want to drive over to the complex that has the gym. Perhaps I will today. Will post if I do.
