I'm not sure where you are, but I believe by law of certain states, if you're in need of medical attention-even mental health attention- and you're not receiving it because you're a minor, that's a form of neglect. And you can consent to what you need. I'm not sure if you're wanting to do it or not, but you can call local PD and ask for an evaluation.
