I went back to the Doctor this past week and my blood pressure and other problems are still out of control. My Dr. wants me to avoid as much stress as possible, and unfortunately, I need to stay on an extended leave from here for a while.

Please know I love you and miss you, but I won't be of any help to anyone if I don't take care of my health right now.
