You mean do the work of therapy? Lol.
I know that if I bring it up with my therapist, she’ll want to help me work through the feelings regardless of whether she accepts payment. The guilt and worry are twofold, I guess. One the one hand, worrying about being too much applies to everyone in my life. On the other hand, I do want to respect her time as a professional.
