No, thankfully (I think, I would be easier to leave if he did) his abuse is only verbal. I have been standing up to him more.

Him: I asked the manager over because I was unhappy. Next time we will just sit there like idiots.
Me: I am not upset about you complaining to the manager. You had every right, the service was horrible. I am upset about what happened AFTER the incident.
