I went to the gym on Wednesday and cycled for 30 minutes. Going again tomorrow.
I am trying to incorporate two 15 to 20 minute walks into my schedule. I walk everywhere anyway since I don't have a car and sometimes take a bus but I would like to take some walks just for the purpose of being healthy and not having a destination or place I have to get to. Get moving more and out in the fresh air more
