I know it's bad professionally speaking to have a workplace romance, but my thoughts are that we are consensting adults, we will continue to have a professional/non-romantic relationship at work, and there will be no commitment or a relationship status. The downside is that he is a step above me in rank professionally and he is considerably older than me.
