I’m sorry for all who are suffering in pain.

I have chronic pain in my neck from arthritis. I don’t want to take pain pills because I have digestive issues, too, and they’ll make it worse. So, I just suffer and try to keep it moving so it doesn’t atrophe. I woke up with it throbbing, even giving me a throbbing headache.
